CARROT Alarm - Talking Alarm Clock App Reviews

I really want to like this app. When it actually works, it is very effective. However, the alarm was only actually going off about 25% of the time. I contacted app support and was told that in order for it to work I would need to leave the app open and the screen unlocked all night. I am not willing to trust an alarm I cant set and forget. Having to remember to leave the app open and change my device settings every night (in order to leave the screen unlocked) is a deal breaker, not to mention a huge security risk.

Ive had this app since November, and thanks to it Ive never slept it.

At one point there was a glitch that made it impossible to complete tasks, but it seems resolved now.

This app is cruel & useful. She will insult and berate you. Itll make you so mad you WILL want to wake up just to kill her. If you share a room, youll want to wake up the second it goes off just so your roommate wont have to hear it. And it gets your brain working before you even have morning cup of coffee.

She doesnt speak on iOS8. However, alarm still works.

Before this adorably wicked alarm clock, I really couldnt help oversleeping. Apart from its extreme effectiveness, carrot is full of funny feautres, such as its daily chores and the reward system, which are pretty entertaining. Love it!

The ugliest app in the store, it works one time every four if youre lucky, sometimes stucks, many other makes your iPhone stuck. Not reliable at all, only wasted money: dont buy it, dont believe to fake positive reviews!!!
